Shelf life of Oils
These oils shelf life will vary based on heat. If you refrigerate them, their shelf life will increase. If you have a large amount you can freeze the rest of it if you know you won't use it for a while. We highly recommend either refrigerating or freezing what you will not use right away.
All oils can be used up to 100%
The only time you may want to use less is when it is a very rich oil, or it is an oil that is expensive.
